Recently I found myself standing in front of my typecase again - starring on it for hours ;D I really adore all these tiny things! They make me so happy and looking at them makes me kind of relaxed, too!!
A mix of things from the flea market, my granny´s treasure chest, leftovers from my childhood and my children´s childhood...
Tiny things made by these fantastic wood carvers of the "Ore mountains" and stuff from the "kinder" surprice egg...

¡Qué cantidad de cositas! Yo también guardo los regalitos de los huevos Kinder que le daba a mi hijo, pero los tengo en una caja. Es una buena idea ponerlos a la vista y disfrutar de ellos.

Ich hatte früher auch einen Setzkasten, aber die sind ja dann aus der Mode gekommen und ich schmeiße ja immer schnell weg, wenn ich was leid bin.
Dann hatte ich noch einen "Setzkasten" aus Glas, wo meine Miniaturparfümflaschen eine Weile drin zustaubten. Die kann ich ja inzwischen gut für die Puppenhäuser brauchen.
Aber alle meine Miniblumenvasen sind in einer Art Setzkasten an der Wand - werde ich mal ein Foto von machen.

Natürlich hatte ich als Teenager einen Setzkasten, genauso wie meine Freundin - sie ist ihren Miniaturen viel treuer geblieben als ich, aber meiner existiert auch noch in meiner Puppenstubenecke.

Liebe Petra, an die Parfüm-Fläschchen Setzkästen erinnere ich mich auch gut! Das war sehr modern eine Zeit lang... kommt alles wieder ;D Meine Setzkästen (habe noch einen größeren) waren bisher mit kurzen Pausen immer irgendwie im Einsatz - ich liebe meine Kinkerlitzchen einfach... und kann auch nicht gut was wegwerfen! :))))

I had one earlier, but now most of the tiny stuff that are too big for my dollhouses is in a tiny cabinet I found in a second-hand shop.Like you I have some owls, my mother in law collected owls and we got some of hers when she died. I collected cats for while and have the collection in the cabinet, some of them were knitted by my great aunt, and I have a venetian cat mask in Barbiesize. And I also love spending time looking at other peoples typecases filled with miniatures!
